Spring 2017 Culinary Experiences at ASUN-Jonesboro

Culinary Experience

Arkansas State University-Newport announced Friday that four ASUN Culinary Experience classes will be held on the ASUN Jonesboro campus during the Spring 2017 semester.  All Culinary Experience classes will be held from 6-9 p.m. at the Fowler Family Hospitality Services facility located at 5504 Krueger Drive in Jonesboro.  The Spring 2017 Culinary Experience schedule is as follows:

February 9
Sample the flavors of France at...Paris Nights!
where you will create:
Pear & Cheese Phyllo Cups
Poulet Sautè a la Normande
Crème Fraiche Potatoes
Roasted Baby Carrots

with honey balsamic glaze
Pea Purèe
And for dessert...
Madeleines & French Hot Chocolate

The fee for each ASUN Culinary Experience is just $50, which includes all supplies and food items required to prepare and cook all of the above items.  Just bring your own apron and your appetite - we will sample each of the items we prepare following the class!

All fees MUST be paid at the time of registration! 
Class sizes are limited and fill up quickly, so register promptly! Payment is due at the time of registration.
