Program Overview

The Certificate of Proficiency in Process Controls equips students with the skills to monitor, operate, and troubleshoot industrial process control systems. The program emphasizes hands-on training in instrumentation, control loops, and automated systems that regulate variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level. Students learn to interpret process diagrams and schematics while using industry-standard testing equipment. The curriculum focuses on calibrating instruments, maintaining control devices, and diagnosing system performance issues. Students develop skills in testing, adjusting, and repairing components to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
