Program Overview

The AAS in General Technology with a pathway to Culinary Arts Food Service & Management equips students with foundational skills and knowledge to excel in the culinary arts and food service industry. This program combines hands-on culinary training with key management concepts to prepare students for roles in food service management, catering, and restaurant operations. Throughout the program, students engage in coursework that focuses on practical culinary techniques, food preservation, menu planning, and business essentials like purchasing and cost management.
