Your transcript is the complete and official record of your academic work. You will be required to furnish it when you transfer to another institution of higher education when you seek employment and on many other occasions.
All transcript requests must be made in person with the Director of Admissions/Registrar or in writing. Transcripts are provided free of charge unless ten or more are ordered at one time. A charge of $1.00 each is required when 10 or more transcripts are requested. Transcripts will not be issued if the student has any past due financial obligation to the University.
