My name is Missy Clairday and I’m a graduate from Bryant High School. I graduated from Arkansas State University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Minor in Interdisciplinary Study of Families.
I began my work as a Career Facilitator in October 2011 and currently serve the students at Harrisburg High School. I am happy to have the opportunity to work with students on their goals of graduating from high school and planning for their future. I want to encourage all students to dream big and to set goals in life. While in college I decided that I wanted to be able to work with youth and be able to encourage them to attend a post-secondary school and find a career that they would love. Now I’ve been given the opportunity to achieve my dream while working with the students at Harrisburg School.
I’m married to Adam Clairday of Jonesboro and we have a two year old son, Drake. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy going to the lake, traveling, shopping and kayaking.
“I arise every morning torn between a desire to improve (or save) the world or a desire to enjoy (or savor) the world. This makes it hard to plan for the day.” – E.B. White
