"Sensational Sandwiches & Salads" - the latest Culinary Experience on ASU-Newport's Jonesboro campus! 

Scheduled for Thursday, May 7th from 6-9 p.m. at our Fowler Family Hospitality Services facility, located at 5504 Krueger Drive in Jonesboro, this culinary class will teach you all the basics of preparing delicious desserts and sweet treats!  

At this session, you will learn to prepare:

• BLT Salad
• Pear & Goat Cheese Salad
• Parmesan Caesar Salad
• Open-Faced Sandwiches
• Chicken Salad with Sliced Pineapple
• Cuban Sandwiches
• Grilled Pimento Cheese

Join us for this fun-filled evening by calling 870-680-8720 to register!  The fee for this class is just $50, which includes all supplies and food items required to prepare and cook all of the above items.  Just bring your own apron and your appetite - we will sample each of the items we prepare following the class!

Please note that beginning in 2015, all fees MUST be paid at the time of registration! 

Class sizes are limited and fill up quickly, so register early!
