Arkansas State University-Newport announced Thursday that the college will offer a computer basics course designed for senior adults beginning April 4 on its Jonesboro campus.

The "Computer Basics for Senior Adults" course will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., April 4 through April 20.  The fee for the three-week course is $30.  In the course, Kristina Taylor, ASUN Assistant Professor of Information Technology, will teach students how to access various programs and become familiar with using their personal computers.
