Master Promissory Note, Loan Entrance Counseling, and Loan Exit Counseling

The U.S. Department of Education requires all first time Stafford Loan borrowers to complete a Master Promissory Note and Loan Entrance Counseling prior to receiving their first disbursement of the loan proceeds.

Students who have completed entrance counseling for another school must complete another entrance counseling session for ASUN. Students who are no longer attending school or drop below 6 hours in one semester are required to complete exit counseling. Students who want a loan must also complete an ASUN Loan Request form.

Once the Loan Request Form and calculators have been completed, students should submit to the Financial Aid Office on the campus where they’re attending classes.
