A student withdrawing from the University must obtain a withdrawal application from the Director of Admissions/Registrar Office and have it processed by the appropriate University officials, including the Director of Admissions/Registrar and Business Office. Refunds will be made according to the Refund of Fees Schedule which appears on the Financial Aid Web site.

Proper withdrawal will protect the student's academic records by enabling them to receive 'W's in all courses and will provide for refund of fees when appropriate. Students considering withdrawal are strongly encouraged to consult with the counseling staff before doing so.

A student withdrawing from a course must:

  • Get a change of schedule form from the Director of Admissions/Registrar's Office
  • Return the form to the Director of Admissions/Registrar's Office in order to be officially withdrawn from the class.
