Once you have registered, it is best to make no changes. If it becomes necessary to make a change, all changes must follow a very set procedure. This is to insure accurate record processing and it is your responsibility to comply. Your change will not be complete unless you follow each step in the order listed. Your change is not complete until you complete all steps.
- Obtain a drop/add form from the Director of Admissions/Registrar
- Fill in the course you wish to drop or add
- Obtain instructor's signature
- If receiving financial aid, obtain Coordinator of Student Services signature
- Obtain your advisor's signature
- Take the form back to the Director of Admission/Registrar
A student who officially drops a course before finals begin will receive a 'W' (withdrawal).
