The U.S. Department of Education requires that all FIRST TIME Stafford Loan borrowers complete a loan counseling session prior to receiving their first disbursement of the loan proceeds.

This policy applies to transfer students even if you have completed an entrance interview at a previous school.

Keep in mind: Most loan funds are not available on the first day of classes to assist you with the purchase of books. You should plan ahead to purchase your own books.

REMEMBER!! You must complete an Entrance Interview Session before you can obtain your Federal Subsidized Stafford or Unsubsidized Student Loan.
