If you are still having trouble with WebCT after checking the above items please refer to http://www.webct.com/trouble

Browser Alternative

There have been some cases where Internet Explorer and WebCT have not worked well together. We have found in some cases that the FireFox browser works at times when Internet Explorer won't. FireFox is a browser just like Internet Explorer. If you are having problems and would like to try FireFox, please go to the following link: http://www.asun.edu/FirefoxSetup1501.exe. Download the file and then follow the installation procedures. Once the installation is complete, start the program and enter the WebCT address: http://techserver.asun.edu:8900/webct/public/home.pl or click the link on our home page.
