A Campus Security Policy is required by federal law in an effort to warn the campus community in case of an emergency. Emergencies can include a tornado, fire, explosion, violent offender on campus, earthquake, or others. ASUN has chosen to use AlertXpress as our notification system for these emergencies. We are asking all students, faculty, and staff to register a telephone number to use for notification of an emergency. Please be assured that this system will only be used for emergencies. All other alerts will use other means. It is not mandatory that you register a number but it is for your safety and well-being to receive notification of any emergency as soon as possible.
